Well, it sure would be nice if everything was as we wished it, but we all know that isn't always the case - especially in weight loss options. Therefore, we wanted to offer you some meal options to get you started and make you more comfortable in your selection of food. More of what to eat instead of a fast food meal or a cookie. And if you must - some suggestions as to what is more nutritious of the offerings.
